Using Insurance To Pay For Your Treatment
DP Sports Performance & Injury Clinic in Mitcham has insurance contracts in place with all major private medical insurers. These include AXA PPP, BUPA, Vitality Health, Aviva, CS Healthcare, Simply Health, Cigna and many local employers. We are able to provide Physiotherapy assessments and treatments under these contracts.
If you wish to use your private medical insurance to pay for your treatment, it is important that you have informed them prior to commencing. You will often be given a pre-authorisation number. Failure to obtain this may result in you becoming liable for charges incurred.
You can still book your initial physiotherapy appointment online. On your initial assessment, we will take the pre-authorisation number alongside your policy number. This will allow us to bill your private medical insurer directly for your treatment.
Buy A Gift Card
Give the most useful present to that special person by buying one of our gift cards. Simply select the service you want to treat them to, pay now and receive an E-Gift card to give to them.
If they want to choose a different service, not a problem either. We can transfer the value of the gift card to another service for them to use.
