What Services does S&C offer?
Our Strength & Conditioning Coaches provide a number of services here at our performance facility in Mitcham.
S&C Initial Assessment
Undergo performance testing to assess the quality of your movement, strength & power. This data will create clear goals and benchmark the changes we wish to create. After completing some targeted exercises, our coach will send you a 4 week training block for you to regularly complete.
Performance Retesting
When you are ready, come in for a re-assessment and see the changes in data from your first session. Look for new areas of improvement and new goals.
4-week Training Blocks
Our coaches can provide you with a 4-week training plan based on your sport and current levels. Complete this at home or in your local gym.
1:1 or 2:1 Training Sessions
Come in and complete a 1-hour training session under the guidance of our S&C coach tailored to you and your goals. Bring a friend, partner or teammate and train together in our private facility.
