Rehabilitation Package
If you are fed up of being given an exercise sheet, and left to get better on your own, then our rehab package is the answer. This provides intensive in person rehabilitation up to 5 x week, making the most of our expertise, equipment & facility.

Regular Treatment Package
Want to come in regularly and save money at the same time? By signing up to pay by Direct Debit, you can save 10% on the services you want. Whether it’s monthly Sports Massage, or weekly 1:1 Strength & Conditioning Sessions, a plan can be created.
