Short bursts of rehab or sporadic coaching rarely deliver lasting change. Our Individual Athlete Plans give you continuity and accountability with a multidisciplinary team who understand sport. Each month have access to a Sports Physio, Strength & Conditioning Coach & Performance Nutritionist. We assess where you are, test what matters, and update your plan so you keep moving forwards — whether you’re chasing that Personal Best, returning from injury or building robust athleticism for your sport.

What is the Individual Athlete plan?

This is a monthly results-driven program that blends expert reviews from Sports Physios, Performance Nutritionists & Strength & Conditioning coaches. Receive objective performance testing, individualised training plans & targeted nutrition advice to help you achieve your highest performance goals.

 

Who Can Benefit from the Individual Athlete Plan?

  • Returning from Injury? Bridging that gap between recovering from an injury and returning to sport or activity can be tough. Our program helps to ensure you are fully fit on your return, and help to keep you fit through regular conditioning.
  • Want to improve your Performance? Track your strength, power & readiness, whilst combining the expertise of nutritionists, physios & coaches to develop a plan to break through those athleticism barriers.
  • Too Busy & Don’t know Where to Start? Maybe the goal is to be fitter, feel less aches and pains, and improve overall health. Tailored rehabilitation, strength & nutrition goals are designed to suit every individual.

What’s Included?

As part of the Develop Performance Plan, you will receive:

1. Monthly Review With a Sports Physio, S&C Coach AND a Performance Nutritionist

The team will review your progress, symptoms, diet, training & goals. This includes regular screening for tissue capacity & movement quality.

2. Objective Performace Testing

Experience our Performance Lab, using our advanced testing systems, get quatifiable data to see real changes between training blocks. This can include body composition analysis, strength& power tests, running data & return to sport benchmarks.

3. Individualised Training Plan

Based on your review, objective data & goals, receive a 4-week periodised & individualised strength & conditioning plan. This includes a targeted warm up mobility & rehab routine designed by your sports physio.

4. Nutrition Plan

Receive tailored nutrition support to help you achieve these goals. This includes specific advice around training, competitions, recovery and meals.

5. Ongoing Support Throughout

Receive support throughout the month from alll members of the team. Ask our sports physio, performance nutritionist or strength & conditioning coach any questions you have throughout the month.

5. Get discounts on Additional Services

By being part of our Individual Athlete Plan, you can receive 10% off any additional services. This includes any massage treatments, additional 1:1 physio treatments & 1:1 Strength & Conditioning Training sessions.

How It works

Once signing up you will:

  • Book in for your Initial Performance Lab session.
  • Meet your Sports Physio, Performance Nutritionist & S&C coach in person.
  • Have a full body review including mobility & injuy assessment.
  • Perform various objective tests to gather data specific to your goals.
  • Have an in depth nutrition consultation.
  • Receive a bespoke rehab, conditioning & nutrition plan.
  • Return one month later to see measurable changes and reset goals.
