Short bursts of rehab or sporadic coaching rarely deliver lasting change. Our Develop Performance Plan gives you continuity and accountability with a multidisciplinary team who understand sport. Each month we assess where you are, test what matters, and update your plan so you keep moving forwards — whether you’re chasing that Personal Best, returning from injury or building robust athleticism for your sport.

What is the develop performance plan?

This is a monthly results-driven program that blends expert reviews from Sports Physios & Strength & Conditioning specialists, objective performance testing, individualised training plans & 1:1 nutrition coaching.

 

Who Can Benefit from the Develop Performance Plan?

  • Returning from Injury? Bridging that gap between recovering from an injury and returning to sport or activity can be tough. Our program helps to ensure you are fully fit on your return, and help to keep you fit through regular conditioning.
  • Want to improve your Performance? Track your strength, power & readiness, whilst combining the expertise of nutritionists, physios & coaches to develop a plan to break through those athleticism barriers.
  • Too Busy & Don’t know Where to Start? Maybe the goal is to be fitter, feel less aches and pains, and improve overall health. Tailored rehabilitation, strength & nutrition goals are designed to suit every individual.

What’s Included?

As part of the Develop Performance Plan, you will receive:

1. Monthly Sports Physio or Strength & Conditioning Review

As part of the review the clinician will review your progress, symptoms, training & goals. This includes regular screening for tissue capacity & movement quality.

2. Objective Performace Testing

Using our advanced testing systems, get quatifiable data to see real changes between training blocks. This can include strength/power tests, jump & run data & return to sport benchmarks.

3. Individualised Training Plan

Based on your review, objective data & goals, receive a 4-week periodised & individualised conditioning plan. Receive reminders and videos of your plan through an easy to use app.

4. 1:1 Nutrition Coach

Get 24hour access to our performace nutritionist to help reach those goals quickly & sustainably. Check in weekly, get feedback on meals and snacks, access to recipes & podcasts & improve daily habits.

5. Get discounts on Additional Services

By being part of our Develop Performance Plan, you can receive 10% off any additional services. This can include any massage treatments, additional 1:1 physio treatments & 1:1 Strength & Conditioning Training sessions.

How It works

Once signing up you will:

  • Gain access to our 1:1 nutrition coaching platform and meet your performance nutritionist to set your goals.
  • Attend your first review with a sports phyio for a full body screening, objective testing & your first conditioning plan.
  • Train for up to 1 month through your bespoke plan alongside your nutrition goals.
  • Book in a review with the sports physio or strength & conditioning coach for retesting and a new plan.
  • Check in weekly with your nutrition coach and adjust your plan regularly.
